Roast of Chris Hamilton

CLIO -- Clio Chamber of Commerce and Clio Senior Center, 2136 W. Vienna Rd., will host a roast for long-time fundraising machine Chris Hamilton, who has been personally responsible for supporting The Old Newsboys in their efforts to provide for thousands of Genesee County children for many years. The event is Jan. 12, doors open at 5:30 p.m., and tickets are $35 per person, benefiting The Old Newsboys. Tickets may be purchased from any Clio Chamber Board member, at Brough Bakery or through the Clio Edward Jones office or by calling 810- 686-3108. – P.S.

Swiss Steak Dinner

Baby Steps reading class

DAVISON -- The Davison Area Library, 203 East 4th Street, will host Baby Steps classes to start your baby or toddler on the path to reading. Babies and toddlers 0 - 24 months of age will have a ball exploring and learning with rhythm, rhymes, toys, music and of course, books! Senior exercise program begins

DAVISON -- The Davison Area Senior Center will host Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program on Thursdays starting Jan. 12 thru February 23from 10 to 11 a.m. in Room #6.
