Lady Raiders remain undefeated in league

Photo by Jack Ransom FLINT – Kendyl Andrews had 26 assists, nine digs and three aces to help lift the Flushing volleyball team to a 25-14, 25-12, 25-11 win at Kearsley Tuesday. The win moved Flushing to 8-0 in Flint Metro League play.

Maddy House contributed nine kills with six aces, Anna Schutte and Sutton Bate had nine kills apiece and Belle Maynor had 16 digs with five assists.

Last Thursday, the Lady Raiders defeated Davison, 25-18, 25-22, 25-17.

Andrews recorded 36 assists with 17 digs, while Maddie Morrison had 12 kills with four aces. Quincy Davis, Taylor Wendling and House all had seven kills each and Maynor had 16 digs.

Flushing, 29-8-1 overall, is at Temperance Bedford Saturday.
